The white-label program provides solutions to common housing problems when listing a home for sale. Agents working with Enhance+, powered by Revive, can front the cost of pre-sale home renovations without limitations, fees, or interest, resulting in increasing the listing price of their client's property and secure more listings. In addition, Revive facilitates the pre-sale home renovation process, provides reputable service providers and allows agents to manage the transaction from their Revive agent dashboard.

Enhance+ will feature the newest Revive service: home trade-in. This service will allow agents to provide their sellers with a guaranteed, immediate offer on their home allowing sellers to move on their terms. After re-listing the house, the seller receives a check for the difference if sold above the guaranteed offer.
