W+R Studios releases Cloud CMA Live

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. - Californer -- W+R Studios, a leading real estate software company,announced today a new product enhancement for Cloud CMA - Cloud CMA Live. Cloud CMA Live is an innovative new listing presentation experience for both agents and consumers.

Cloud CMA is a web-based report generating tool for real estate professionals. Real estate agents using Cloud CMA have the ability to create custom comparative market analysis (CMA) reports, buyer tours, property reports and flyers. All reports are branded to the agent and include data from the MLS and top websites. Now, with Cloud CMA Live, agents can present their listing presentation remotely with the built-in Zoom integration, adjust comparable properties on the fly, and even draw attention to certain areas of the report using the 'telestrator'.

"Over the past year we have been thinking a lot about creating a new digital presentation for Cloud CMA users," said Greg Robertson, co-founder and CEO of W+R Studios. Cloud CMA has over 500,000 subscribers who generate on average 260,000 Cloud CMA reports per month.  To date there have been over 15 million Cloud CMA reports published. Cloud CMA Live is a free product enhancement and automatically added to existing Cloud CMA subscribers accounts.
