Fun And Easy Health has opened August appointments for its Digestive Evaluation Pathway, a three-step wellness service for adults who want to better understand patterns connected to bloating after meals, gas, reflux, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue after eating, sugar cravings, brain fog and food sensitivity symptoms.

The Murrieta-based service is led by Brittany Poliska, a holistic kinesiologist and health coach serving Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, French Valley, Winchester and surrounding Southwest Riverside County communities.

Visit one reviews digestive symptoms and muscle reflex indicators connected to areas such as stomach acid support, digestive enzymes, the gallbladder, liver, pancreas, small intestine and large intestine. Visit two explores possible stressor patterns. Visit three brings the findings together into a personalized educational wellness plan that may include food, lifestyle and optional supplement recommendations.

The introductory booking rate is $75 per 60-minute visit. The complete three-visit pathway is $225, with optional food-grade supplements purchased separately. Sessions are available in person in Murrieta and remotely by phone or video.
