MURRIETA, Calif. - Californer -- Fun And Easy Health founder Brittany Poliska offers a three-step wellness pathway for Murrieta and Temecula adults experiencing bloating, reflux, fatigue after meals, food sensitivity symptoms or digestive discomfort.
Fun And Easy Health has opened August appointments for its Digestive Evaluation Pathway, a three-step wellness service for adults who want to better understand patterns connected to bloating after meals, gas, reflux, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue after eating, sugar cravings, brain fog and food sensitivity symptoms.
The Murrieta-based service is led by Brittany Poliska, a holistic kinesiologist and health coach serving Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, French Valley, Winchester and surrounding Southwest Riverside County communities.
"What is my digestion trying to tell me?" is a question many people ask after trying random supplements, restrictive diets or online advice without finding a clear next step. The Digestive Evaluation Pathway organizes the wellness process into three focused visits rather than attempting to review everything in one appointment.

Visit one reviews digestive symptoms and muscle reflex indicators connected to areas such as stomach acid support, digestive enzymes, the gallbladder, liver, pancreas, small intestine and large intestine. Visit two explores possible stressor patterns. Visit three brings the findings together into a personalized educational wellness plan that may include food, lifestyle and optional supplement recommendations.
"People often know that something feels off, but they do not know where to begin," said Poliska. "The goal is to give each client a simple, personalized starting point instead of more guessing."
The introductory booking rate is $75 per 60-minute visit. The complete three-visit pathway is $225, with optional food-grade supplements purchased separately. Sessions are available in person in Murrieta and remotely by phone or video.
The service is intended for wellness education and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Muscle reflex testing does not replace medical testing, allergy testing or care from a licensed healthcare professional. People with severe, persistent or unexplained symptoms should contact their medical provider.
