The Georgia Latino Film Alliance (GALFA) proudly announces the appointment of Norelie Garcia, a nationally recognized industry thought leader & champion for equity, & representation within the tech, film and entertainment industry, as new Board Chair.
NORCROSS, Ga. - Californer -- The Georgia Latino Film Alliance (GALFA) proudly announces the appointment of Norelie Garcia, a nationally recognized industry thought leader and champion for equity, opportunity, and representation within the film and entertainment industry, as our new Board Chair.
Garcia will collaborate closely with the Board of Directors to grow GALFA into a strong advocate, valuable resource, and support system for the next generation of Latino filmmakers, students, executives, and content creators in Georgia and beyond.

About Norelie Garcia
Norelie Garcia, with over 25 years in film, tech, and entertainment, has led high-stakes projects at Warner Bros. and driven key initiatives like AT&T's Next Generation Marketing, rebranding Cricket Wireless, and expanding HBO Max internationally.
"I'm honored to join the GALFA board and collaborate with such a dedicated team," said Garcia. "I'm excited to help amplify the voices of the next generation of Latino storytellers." "Together, we'll champion the next wave of Latino filmmakers."
Norelie Garcia earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Penn State University and resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with her family.
