TitleChain Foundation Opens Sovereign AI & Digital Asset Commons, Invites Builders

LOS ANGELES - Californer -- TitleChain Foundation today announced the opening of an open Sovereign Economic Commons through ICSN (Internet Cooperative for Sovereign Networks), inviting companies, engineers, researchers, institutions and public-interest builders to help create shared infrastructure for the emerging AI and digital asset economy.

Artificial intelligence is changing how people work, create and build businesses. Digital assets are changing ownership and value exchange. Yet much of the infrastructure being built for this transition still begins with the platform.

TitleChain Foundation believes it should begin with the person.

ICSN is being developed as an open standards commons for human authority, accountable AI, portable identity and credentials, provenance, privacy, digital assets and interoperability.

"There is no automatic get-out-of-jail-free card for the economic transition already underway," said Pamela Norton, founder of TitleChain Foundation. "If people want another choice, we have to build it. We are creating shared foundations that companies can support, engineers can improve and people can use without any sponsor owning the commons, or the people it serves."

The Foundation calls this a human-first edge economy: a model where people can carry their identity, knowledge, credentials, contributions and economic history with them rather than rebuilding them inside every new platform.

The progression is: I AM → I KNOW → I CAN → I DID → I CAN TEACH → I CAN EARN

The Foundation's first scaled activation begins through Power of Her Purse, working toward serving up to 100,000 women-led ventures as AI reshapes employment, entrepreneurship and economic participation.

Participants begin with an M5-CV, a living, portable record of knowledge, capabilities, credentials and contributions. Through the Sophia Registry, they can develop and demonstrate emerging capabilities and explore pathways into employment, consulting, teaching and entrepreneurship.

TitleChain Foundation is inviting companies to help build the commons through Corporate Engineering Secondments, Sponsored Maintainer Fellowships, technical research, security and interoperability work, and sponsorship of women-led activation cohorts.

The model follows two commitments:

Fund the commons. Never own the commons.

Fund the activation. Measure the outcome. Never own the member.
